Refund and cancellation policy

30-Day Trial

The 30-day trial costs $7 and provides full access to the Emes Wealth member portal. The trial is non-refundable. After the first 30 days, your membership automatically renews at $29.99 per month unless you cancel before your renewal date. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Monthly Membership

After your 30-day trial, your membership is billed at $29.99 per month in advance. If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

No Results Guarantee

Emes Wealth does not guarantee any specific trading results. Because investing involves risk and losses are possible, we do not offer refunds based on trading performance or the outcome of any alert.

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical failure that prevents you from accessing the platform for an extended period, please contact us at hello@emeswealth.com and we will review your situation.

How to Request

To request a review or discuss a billing concern, email hello@emeswealth.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
